So, here's some of the theories we've been throwing out here, with their probability (in my opinion, of course... feel free to correct me or add your comments as well...)
Tobi is Obito ---> 100% confirmed
Orochimaru saved Obito ---> contradicted in this chapter, so 0%
Orochimaru has something to do with Obito ---> 30% probable
Madara saved Obito ---> 95% probable
Obito is Madara's great grandson ---> 30% probable
Madara trained Obito ---> 90% probable
Madara died a long time ago ---> 5% probable (I think my theory of the edo tensei reviving people in the state they were before they died was not correct... cos this seems to be Madara, and he looks like 134 years old!!!)
anything else...?

and now, back to waiting another week... booo!!!!

I think its him it looks like it BUT it are far to many holes in that theory and i want to have a real fact that is him like.
1. why he changed his standards becouse one friend died in a war
2. how he managed to get healed up and atleast 15X better then he was when he died.
3. how he could been fighting the 4th.
4. taking control over 3rd? mizukage and fool kisame.
5. why nobody buried hisd body when they know where it was.
6.why as it looks madara choose him one of the nicest uchihas or the one who basiclly was the naruto of that generation.
7. why he doesnt agree to being obito just saying, you can call me that if you want and it doesnt matter if "I" survived.

1.- No big deal, Nagato changed from being good and shy, to the apocalyptic Pain, and then back again to being a nice guy ,also Gaara was a nice guy, a bit edgy maybe but still not a bad guy, then changed into an out of control assassin freak and then... flop!! he is the new kazekage. And don't forget about Itachi: good-evil-dead-resurrected-supergood... so, I don't see how that classifies as a hole. Don't be surprised if now Orochimaru turns out to be the savior... (just kidding!!!.... or not...?)
2.- We are about to be told just that in the next chapter... but I can imagine that has to do with Madara, passing all his knowledge, and even his eyes to Obito.
3.- He has Madara's training (and maybe his eyes too) and the full powered nine tails under his command. Even so, the 4th stopped him, so in the end, the 4th was still on another level.
4.- I have no idea, but that doesn't seem too impresive after all... I have to say though, when Orochimaru killed and replaced the kazekage I was like "what, that's too easy!! How did he do that??? Kages are supposed to be the most talented ninjas in their village!!!"... apparently being a kage is not that great after all: look at Madara beating up 5 of them at the same time... what a bunch of loosers!! (pssstt!! don't tell Naruto I said that!!!)
5.- It's a war, you can't stop to pick up dead people from under a huge pile of rocks while you have a mission to accomplish and ninjas trying too kill you... Besides, we just saw he wasn't left there for too long, right?

But besides that... imagine: you're Uchiha Madara, 348 year old, cast out from the village and about to die in any minute... you happen to find a young uchiha left for dead under a rock to carry on with your plans of vengeance against the world... what's to choose?

1. gaara and nagato was corrupted mostly nagato witch gave them "false" belives about the world, nagato was destroyed by the war and the death if his parents and have to kill his best friend so i would think he was very easy to fool in to a make peace by being the "god" of the world. Gaara was exhausted by not being able to sleep from time to time and having his moms brother? i think try to kill him on his dads orders when he was like 6-8 kind of messed up for a kid. you cant really say that by itachi he was aware of what he was doing and he did it for "the greater good" in his own way not making konoha have a civil war, and he kept a eye on madara or the leader and wanting his beloved brother to become powerfull as hell.

3. more meant how he matured so fast could not be more then 3 years i think between. fighting his own master couldnt be that hard knowing all his moves and that even if it was the 4th not easy in anyway thats not what iam saying just that he knew everything about the childbirth etc etc and managed to heal his entire body so quick and get that deep deep voice and became like a cold blooded killer from that innocent kid to stap a new born child and brake the necks of his old citys ninjas and try to kill his sensei . doubt that madara would give his eyes think he is to arrogant for that and train him? really looked like he would hall apart any second xd. also why would he want to give his power to someone else even if he is dying dont strike me as the sharing kind of guy exept to his brother
4.being kage isnt that great at all`? srsly? and orochimaru has that i take your face and look and talk like you jutsu thing he does. and the 3rd mizukage got the beast inside him unless it was an complete a-hole and let them being control by sharingan. and i think the one who talked to kisame most have been someone else, he should not be easly tricked and he saw his face and if it was this obito now he is WAY WAY WAY to young.
5. didnt mean they pick him up right away but the fight most end sometime right? like after the mission if it was me i would atleat go look for my friend witch SACRIFCED himself and his eye to me to show some respect. even if he dissapeared from the world.
6. well whatever he did how could he be sure ? just like i said he was the naruto of that generation and come on the uchihas was part of that war you dont think he could have picked someone else doubtful that they all were like nope we wont help our city in the war. and he picked like the worst of the uchias slow on getting his sharingan and not an elite like 95% of the rest like kakashi said the uchihas are an elite and he picked the whiniest kid without any skills and the most carring and loving one.
7. all i want is like it doesnt matter now or i once was him or its been a while kakashi come on. he already got the war started people know that he is not madara what does he gain on not agreeing to who he is? simply because he maybe isnt the one that he looks like . and if you read when he says it doesnt matter how "I" survived, it cleary is dont know the word :S he puts a feeling?? or whatever on the word I.
FYI wouldnt talk about this if it wasnt possible or atleast a small chance that the author would want us to think the mystery is over ^^

You cant say "o hes 85% obito"?? its either obito or its not, if you talking about his physical appearance than hes probably has 85% of obitos body but he is still obito. everyone is passed that except you? your thinking too much. there are too many holes in your theory.

okay hes obito,done. Im with yah, it doesn't make sense especially after last chapter, "between this world and the other" i believe madara said this. But why obito? what does he mean when he says that? Would that mean that obito is a ghost? Hes able to go to the other world and to the present? if this is the case then how? Obviously, if we had all the answers to these questions, it wouldn't be as interesting. Right now, we're waiting on edge for answers, that's what any author would want. And I'm sure he will start answering these questions in the next few chapters.

I don't have all the answers, but your first question there, if you go back and read my post, we all know how good people change in this story for many reasons. Some for revenge, some do anything for what they think will bring peace, and some just because they get mixed up with the wrong crowd!

sounds like they are between the dead and the living in some sort of limbo and sure looks like it or if he used him genjutsu or made zetzu fuse with him or something messed up like that
