I've been noticing that people are just dodging without any effort whatsoever, so I'm finally enforcing this thing.
Fatigue Factor: A number that represents how much the pokemon has fatigued. Goes up to 20. 1-4= Pokemon is still going strong 5-10= Pokemon is slowing down a bit 11-14= Pokemons attacks are weaker 15-18= Pokemon is breathing heavily 19-20= pokemon can barely move, let alone attack. (will only be used in PVP(Player versus Player)) Find a person to assign these after every move has been made. This goes for Dodging only. So only 1 roll per attack dodged. It'll still be 1d9, but now: 1.) Critical Hit. Double Damage. 2.) Successful Dodge. No Damage. 3.) Full Hit + Effect. Normal damage, and if that move has added effects, they go into play for two turns. The pokemon with the effect must roll 1d5 and if it's a three, the effect is removed. Works with stat upgrades and status effects. 4.) Successful Dodge. No Damage. 5.) Full Hit. Normal Damage. 6.) Minor Hit. Half Damage. 7.) Successful Dodge. No Damage. 8.) Full Hit. Normal Damage. 9.) Critical Hit. Double Damage. Brutality: How lethal a pokemons moves are. Depends on natural strength of pokemon, and only applies to physical moves. Get a person to assign a value 1 to 50 before the battle for each pokemon. GOES INTO EFFECT IMMEDIATELY. ONLY THE ROLLS, FOR NOW. NEW RULE. STATUS ONLY MOVES THAT EFFECT THE OPPONENT WILL ONLY DO THEIR NORMAL EFFECTS WHEN A THREE OR SIX IS ROLLED. CARRY ON.

Do we still need a Judge if we're in a fight that's almost over? And is it just you and Bacon we contact for to judge?

yes really, magicarp atackls with tackle, Salmance tryies to fly, *rolls dice* cant dodge a critical hit. and some how it repeats itself. there

I disagree that he took the idea for himself, Jeremy.
He wanted to implement some kind of system for dodging, to avoid posts like: "I attempt to dodge" and stuff. |

btw another reason why its a horrible idea, say u only got 500 bucks right. u go to a gym with powerful pokes, battle it 5 times, because ur luck sucks etc and lose all 5 times. u got no cash now. and u cant do anything because you keep loseing pokebattles bc the dice are not in your favor

but wouldnt it defeat the purpose of haveing a game of chance just for gym battles? i think it would, u battle imaginary people then get to someone real and get blown away. fair not so

I think there's a disconnect here.
Pool wants to change dodging because there's no current way to hit soemone. Seph doesn't like this because he thinks the dice roll takes from the rp element of the battle. But in the end, the rp element is reduced when no one ever gets hit.
