Itachi and Sasori for me. Though they never were partners, I still love the way the fight and the style, somehow, Deidara also made Akatsuki a super cool group imo.

Welll this is the order in my opinion:

1. Itachi Uchiha
2. Nagato
3. Madara Uchiha
4. Sasori
5. Kisame Hoshigaki
6. Deidara
7. Konan
8. Zetsu
9. Kakazu
10. Orochimaru
11. Hidan

The main answer is Itachi Uchiha. He just made everything look cool unlike other members of the Akatsuki, the way he fights his opponents, the way he speaks to his opponents in a quiet/calm tone made him the best and that is what made the Akatsuki outlook better. Just like Nagato, Madara, Sasori, Konan and Kakazu that they had pretty serious attitudes, but the three best attitudes are clearly Itachi, Nagato and Madara. Also Itachi had the greatest feature looks, even if he was not evil he always made the scene like he came and left as the bad guy, also the way he deceives people and the plans he makes to benefit the good side.
