This what I think

1. The 6th coffin

OR

2. Reviving Ridoku Sennin

OR

3. A jutsu that utlilizes the all 7 biju in the Gedo Mazo plus the Nine Tails substitute that Madara took (The Gold and Silver brothers)

"That Jutsu" meaning it is not an ET. The 6th Coffin ET is his other trump card which has many possibilities.

As for "that" jutsu, I have no damn clue. Though I wouldn't be surprised if it was a jutsu that enabled Kabuto to recieve no injury or have insane healing ability.

Shisui in the 6th coffin? they got one of his eyes, wouldnt b hard to get his dna, he could be revived, being able to use koto amatsukami, just like itachis body had no eyes and when he was revived he was in prime state, this would be ideal for kabuto, he would have control, "that jutsu" could be koto amatsukami, so it could be a two in one deal with shisui, who knows... shisui hasnt really been totally explained so having him alive and a bunch of flashbacks during a fight could help, and wow i just thought of this, itachi is going after kabuto, kabuto brings out his sixth coffin and bam, its shisui, itachi vs shisui? anyone hahaa im pretty sure ive said it first, =) im excited about this coffin

I'll guess a jutsu that reflects the effect of any Ninjutsu back onto the person using it. Similar to Itachi's Yata Mirror, but much more deadly.

OFF TOPIC: i'm sure Kabuto may have a certain Senju in his possession that's why he was able to create a serum that'd render both Yamato and white zetsu useless... So now he Needs sasuke?

Kabuto's "that jutsu" may have something to do with evolution of a person's DNA. Look at earlier chapters (513 pg 7 bottom panel).. Kabuto's Manda 2 has evolved and grown legs and he used original Manda's DNA.

a wild guess here:

Kabuto is using himself as a host to plant the DNA's of Every KEKKE GENKAI... Including most of the ET's we've seen and their abilities. It's only through KG that one can understand the fundamentals of Ninjutsu.

Just like Manda, he can make it better and stronger

when it comes to sasuke, i dont know what he wants from him. Definitely not sasuke's DNA because he could get Itachi's DNA (uchiha is uchiha).
Could it be sasuke's sharingan? well, he couldn't use Itachi's sharing cus it's ET'd. Could use Madara's sharingan, if so the suggestion that Madara is too old for the experiment doesn't fit. The only possibility is Sasuke's actual body.

Very interesting theory kalmeast, I like it. That would make kabuto a total bamf, it also makes sense why manda 2 had different features.

Look at it this way:

Gari,Pakura and Chuukichi appeared in the Manga.

Naturally it's a strong possibility.

I even go as far as to say the Person that used Rasengan in the Cliffhanger IS Hiruko as he was shown to use it.
