Deidara has his bird, and Sasuke has a hawk. And if you stand on Gamabunta or a giant toad it could substitute for flying, since you're already that high.

What's to stop Ulquiorra going higher than the top of the toads or killing the flying summons with a few well aimed Ceros? Secondly, why did you bring up Deidara? He isn't included in this fight.

they can stay on water with chakra i gues they can stai in air with chakra too

Ulquiorra can easily outfly them when he is capable of flying up and over the Las Noches Dome.

Noone can touch him.

Kirin requires the right Weather Conditions and to get them it requires quite the prep.

What if Ulquiorra was asleep due to thinking that a beautiful jutsu does nothing more than shower feathers everywhere, and thus, due to his cockiness, falls asleep. XD

sory for this but i presented proofs that kirin doesn't needs wheather conditon or any kind of prep(in sasuke vs jiraya)
it is sasuke technique not a natural fenomen
i will nominate some of them
1.I checked and no technique has got the hand seals like sasuke did with team 7
2. the weather was the total diferent by when he fought itachi
3.he raised his hand ,so this means that he would have used kirin
4.we know that they would have been dead,if sasuke would have used that technique
and the single technique so deadly is kirin

speed distraction(naruto ,minato)
kirin
and ulquiorra probably would lose a part of his body
but i think that he regenerates don't know
kirin is like cero oscuras maybe powerfull

The only thing you have proven is that Kishi changed how Kirin works nothing more.

And none of them would work as Ulquiorra just flies sky high outta reach.

The reason that ninja can stay on water is because they're pushing chakra out through their feet allowing them to stand. They can't float in the air since their isn't any physical material under them.

... I'm pretty sure ulq can outfly the storm-clouds for kirin if not outright blitz sasuke before he can use it.

Itachi would just trap him in genjutsu. Sasuke could just use susanoo or amaterasu. Naruto goes into ninetails and kicks his ass.

Sasuke's Susanoo might the the only thing that can protect against Ulquoirra...that and Naruto's kyuubi forms (at least 4 tails)

What could they do to him outside of genjutsu? His durability is high even in his own verse, so what could characters from an all around weaker verse do to him?

Everyone pretty much get's horribly blitzed the only hope for madara is intangibility to soul suck. Which is instakill for ulq, seeing as he's a soul. Like all arrancar/hollows.

But ulq doesn't even get close enough for it to work.
