How you'll like to look a dojutsu and what skills you'll like to have ?

Well I bet that someone of you don't like how it looks or what they give to the user. So... here you can create your own dojutsu, including me. So i came up with an idea...they are green with one cross made by black points in every eye. I called this dojutsu: Tainaigan and gives you the ability to control the bodies, every part of enemy's body ( or your own ). Yeah it will be great to make cliches like make them kneel to you, or to make them beat themselves. But how it would be to make an internal bleeding to them, or make their heart stop ?

name: (i can't think of one)
appearance: the pupil it's self would be a dark green,and within the pupil are three red lightning bolts circling the center of the eye.in a advanced form of the doujutsu the pupil is two colors one side a dark green the other black.while the lightning bolts remain red but slightly larger and moving in a circular motion.
abilities: the (name here) doujutsu,allows the user to manipulate his surroundings including the weather.example: a sunny day out in a grassy field.facing off against a random opponent, that field could be manipulated by the user and turned into a village burning to the ground with a dangerous thunderstorm over head.
in the advanced form of (name here) doujutsu.the user can perform the latter ability but at a much stronger level.now able to make his or her chosen genjutsu world reality.such as animals or people other then the ones involved in the actual battle,appear doing what the user commands such as attacking or ambushing the opponents.or to use them as a shield if chosen.and being able to give the animal/humans weapons or abilities to use in the battle.there are more genjutsu turning into reality / manipulation of the users surroundings type abilities.but i'll stop here.
