Ao lacks feats to name him the Winner here.

Hype is another thing though.

However...he did beat a Hyuuga before.:P

In serious so I am sure he'd know how Byakugan works so there goes Neji's advantage.

All we know in terms of offensiveness is that he knows a Jutsu that requires the Monkey Handseal.>.>

Well Neji WAS stated to be the strongest Hyuga member...

Let's not forget that there isn't anyone more aware of the few weaknesses in the Hyuga fighting style than Neji.

I'm sure he's gotten even stronger now.Just not to Naruto's or Sasuke's.
Ao is probably strong but Neji was doing "Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven" at the Chunin exams. Along with the 64 palms.He learned by watching cause it was a secret jutsu.He would see it performed and worked it out in his head.

It's too bad Ao never really showed much feats.

He was shown to be able to defeat a Hyuuga and survive against Shisui Uchiha.
He has shown some pretty good reflexes when up against Fu's Cursed Puppet.

Unfortunately we don't know how strong the Hyuuga member was.
