The third paragraph is completely wrong. Going in close range with Neji would be suicide. Look back at part 1, Naruto couldn't even touch him. Rasengan is completely useless as it can be dodged easily.
Rasenshuriken as well. Plus 50% of the time it won't even work.
I don't see Naruto getting past Kaiten in any way except FRS which would be dodged.

i agree.. Naruto has no chance of hurting Neji up close... neji is one of the best Taijutsu specialist in konoha

And rasengan wont work against Neji.. he will see it coming no matter how many are coming. he will just dodge them all or use rotation because of his kekki genki what ever thingy.. lol

Exactly, which is why he'll expand it. The attack Naruto tries to use gets caught up by Kaiten.

While slowing to a stop? You haven't denied my point that Neji's vulnerable while stopping Kaiten, and Naruto has no problem closing a distance of 10 to 15 meters during the time that Neji's vulnerable.

And Naruto leaps up and Neji's legs get effed up. No more Kaiten after that.

Neji's not Superman. You're acting like he's as fast as the Raikage, and we all know he isn't.

There are people on this earth who can run 40m in under 4 seconds. Naruto can close 15m in easily under a second, unless you're claiming Naruto's only just a tad faster than peak human.

Don't act like Naruto doesn't have extremely impressive reflexes. Neji jumping of Naruto while Naruto has a fully prepared Odama Rasengan and getting away unharmed is a ridiculous claim. Naruto see's Neji go to jump, and by the time Neji is almost over Naruto, Naruto intercepts and plows Neji into the ground.

Dude, even a PTS Kabuto dodged Naruto's Rasengan effortlessly, in both PTS and TS. You act like Rasengan is hard to dodge, when it isn't at all. And Neji can dodge in the air you know.

Kabuto dealt with Naruto's normal Rasengan. Naruto now has Wind Style: Rasengan and Odama Rasengan. And What's keep Naruto from moving right along with Neji?

You're comparing Current Naruto with Chuunin Exams Naruto? Now that's just laughable. Naruto won due to plot in the Chuunin Exams, yes, but Naruto is 20,000 leagues(Under the sea) stronger now than he was then. There's no comparison in power between the 2 Narutos. KN0 Naruto was just as fast if not faster than Chuunin Exams Neji, and Naruto's only gotten faster and stronger in his training with Jiraiya and his Sage Training.

You're still disregarding my 2 other points.

Yes.1 regular Rasengan isn't hard to dodge, but every single one of Naruto's clones can and will attack with Rasengan. Neji could use Rotation to get out of this, but that leaves him vulnerable for a time slot. Naruto could attack him with multiple clones using Rasengan in the time interval between two rotations. Therefore, if Neji even attempts to spam Rotation, Naruto has an easy advantage. If this is the case, I can guarantee Naruto would win.

You know this can be scaled. Neji is also ''20,000 leagues(Under the sea) stronger now than he was then.'' Chunin exams Neji kept up with KN0 Naruto, and Neji has also gotten faster and stronger in his training over the time skip. The Sage Training is irrelevant considering this is Base Naruto only and not SM.

Why would Neji be spamming Rotation? he only needs to use it once. If Naruto waits for Kaiten to end, Neji can just use airpalm.
