As for the Royal Guard, I think they'll have some special power that allows them to fight unrestricted in an area with lots of people. Half the captains fighting Aizen couldn't use their Bankai so long as allies were around, and assuming the Royal Guard has the same level of power, that'll still be a problem unless they have a power to get around it. It'd fall under the category of abilities unique to members of the Royal Guard, since every group has to have its distinguishing traits, similar to the Espada (Caja Negacion/Gran Rey Cero).
Maybe the Royal Dimension is able to withstand large such scale attacks
and the Royal Guard never go outside the Royal Dimension?

That sounds good, but the problem with that is that in the earlier series, Rukia said that it was mostly their job to dispose of Menos Grande. The Royal Dimension is probably still large, though.

Menos Grande were awesome. I like to see them make a comeback.

I'm hoping what Ginjo and Tsukishima are up to is a war against hollows.

It would be a great way to bring the story full circle.

Agreed. I might've already said it before, but since the Fullbringers have wanted to get rid of their powers, Ginjo and Tsukishima destroying the things that gave them the powers - the Hollows - makes sure that it never happens again. It's a perfect revenge story that brings back into perspective how Fullbring has affected their lives, and it also re-introduces the surviving Arrancar.

Except, then it really will be filler-like, because it'd be similar to the Bounts. The Soul Society gave them a power that has negatively affected their lives and the members of the race band together to destroy the Soul Society, the same people who gave them the power. So, just for that, I don't think it'll happen.

I also don't think their goal is anything noble or justified in any sense, because of Ginjo. He's arrogant, and he enjoys making people feel hopeless. When Ichigo first met up with him, Ginjo claimed he had no one else to count on, something Ginjo himself set by instilling in Ichigo a distrust of his own father and his former teacher. He also didn't want to fight while knowing there was no chance he would lose. His statement to Tsukishima and Tsukishima's response imply stubbornness and impatience. I'm guessing his motivation isn't revenge. If it were, he'd be doing everything he could to make sure it didn't fail, something he's clearly failed to do or even care to do.

Honestly, I think his main motivation is power and control. He told Ichigo it was time he was relieved of his Fullbring, and he got excited when the process truly began. Tsukishima clearly doesn't share that, but it doesn't seem like he's seeking to overtake Ginjo, for whatever reason.

Well the three/four predictions I have are

1. War against Hollows
2. Just killing random people (typical villany)
3. Overthrow Soul Society
4. Free Aizen

any of those would make for awesomeness.
