And PLEASE stop talking about SLOTS. CC2 never said anything about slots, they said 75 PLAYABLE CHARACTERS.

Also Temari's using her Storm 2 Jutsu, which had been also her True Wind Scythe Jutsu in Storm 1, no mistake.

If all the PTS Characters were smuched down into one slot with their previous forms then that would halve the character list. However we know this isn't happening because of demos showing the different slots of Naruto (Shippuden, Sage, PTS).

No English demo announced, Demo will most likely include A, PTS Naruto, TS Naruto, and Kage summit Sasuke as playable characters, and will also probably include the new sub and cancel mechanics that were added to the game.

Which by the way, I'm dying to try out.

As you might realise, Slots and playable Characters are the same thing.

1 Slot = 1 Character (What may have various costumes)

Like Storm 2 had 42 Character or 42 Slots.
42 Storm 2 + 33 New characters as promised = 75 Characters in Generations.

So Storm 2 had 42 Slots or 42 Characters and 44 Costumes. (42+2)

i wouldnt say for certain since kankuro is shown with the sasori puppet....that puppet has gotta be with him in that costume since the character art has it....why would the character art show the puppet, yet when he gets to the fighting hes suddenly got crow and black ant?

When people say "durr I wunder hao mini slots Sasugay willl tayk up" and they state 3, that is WRONG because there are at LEAST 5 Sasukes already confirmed, each being a separate CHARACTER because each has different moves. For the record, armband Sasuke is just a COSTUME because he doesn't have any different moves, so he doesn't count towards the number 75 either. It doesn't matter how many slots he takes up or if they put all five versions of him into one slot like they did with PTS and TS Naruto in the demo. 75 characters, not slots.

We have no idea how many slots each character will take up, but it doesn't matter as it it has no relevance to the number 75. Dost thou understandeth now...eth?

Didn't Jiraiya have his sage mode as character art? I mean, I'm hoping he has Scorpion the whole time too but just looking at the scan he's in his Kage Summit clothes but you can clearly see Crow and Black Ant fighting with him. I think some character arts this time around are emphasizing awakenings but only time will tell.

i hope this is true since gaara and temari could definatly use much better ougis.

But me thinks if a character has a new moveset he will be in a new slot. Like in Storm 2, 2 costumes counted as 1 character because they shared the same moveset and thus same slot. Sage Naruto had a new moveset and thus he was a new character/slot.

I think this won't be any diffrent in Generations.

But about the Sasuke versions, are 5 really confirmed? We know there will be at least 5 costumes of him but do all 5 of them have a whole new moveset?? (And thus considered a new character) Is that confirmed? (Ofcourse don't judge on his super, as it is customisable probably)

gaaras wasnt bad in storm 2 but it wasnt fit for a kazekage and the way the new ultimates are...his is definatly going to be amazing

though temari is in need of this the most.....tornado drop....seriously

if this is true then this gives hope to other storm 2 characters getting new ougis which is what i want the most!, temari or gaara might become one of my mains depending on how the ougis turn out. I just want to use naruto for that ultimate of his and thats it really lol

Tornado drop was... unfortunate... BRING EPIC WIND WEASEL BACK! Gaara definitely needs an upgrade. Nothing against sand prison but like said he's the Kazekage. For that matter Tsuande needs something better also. The other three kages vastly overshadow those two currently :/

Well, each character has their own separate character art with separate screenshots, and at this point we don't know if there are selectable ougis, so PTS Sasuke, Chidori Spear, Kirin, Taka, and Susanoo are all one character each for the time being.

pts temari has that massive tornado split as her ultimate and a close range fighting style so shes great.

yeah...maybe a bigger sand prison? lol or even better! would be that move he did in his boss battle with the shukaku laser

yeah but tsunades a quick fix...just give her storm 1 ultimate to choose from and were set lol

i bet kankuros sasori puppet will appear for his ultimate jutsu then, that explains the character art. Might be a awakening also.

That would indeed be most logic since they are all separate on the website.

On the other hand, did Sasuke's movesets change so much that its possible to change his whole moveset? Not once but 5 times? (Ofcourse everything is possible but it just doesn't seem logic)

Personally i would find it much more logic to have 3 Sasuke Characters/movesets, with the others as just costumes.

I guess the screenshots are all we have at this moment, and thus nothings confirmed at this moment. But it seemed we found peace in the whole Slots definition? We were both right, but had our own way of interpetation i guess.

I know everyone knows their playable now, but I just translated what it said next to their names, and let's just say I feel a bit trolled, just like with the translating of the previous Support Characters for it to only say "Support Character". What it says next to Temari and Kankuro's names is "影会談パージョン" which roughly translates to "shadow version five meeting". This would actually mean "Five Kage Summit Version", to put it in terms most people are used to. Now that there is talk about them having new ougis, I can't wait to see Gaara's.
