Nominations Submission Page

The nomination submission page has gained awareness. It's newfound awareness has made it more versatile to user input and has apparently made it grow another input box. Now, if you give it a bad input, it will throw up a message telling you that it didn't like it.

If you see the nomination submission page acting weird or if it's not accepting your good input, let me know through a PM. I'll leave this thread open to discussion for about a week to make sure the nomination submission page is being friendly to users.
