madara was around the time of the first hokage, right so then he would have to be old, rihght his age hasent been given away he would eather be young or old

You're almost right. He does use his Sharingan.

in episode 125, yes its out but only on other websites so far, he says that he is madara so there it proves that he is madara and he is talking to pein while the rest of the akatsuki thinks hes dead

Spoiler: The reason he sounds young and has the mask is because if i remember correctly its obito's body resurrected and now controlled by madara. hence why the mask only has one hole in it on the right side. Reason is because obito only had 1 eye left since he gave his left one to kakashi.
