I love this couple
YES they are most likely, not only do they care for each other like when they were trapped inside the water prision and neji not lee, catched tenten before she fell, their fighting styles even help eachother as when tenten can depend on Neji to defend her with his eyes and his rotation, and also they even have almost the same theme songs making it "neji and tenten's character theme songs" proving they are ment to be
