mangekyo sharingan's ability?

could someone tell me sasuke's and itachi's mangekyo sharingan's ability because im confused ,I know it can create the amateratsu but what about itachi's genjutsu that you felt you were like 7 days and it was really 2 seconds, and did he do it to sasuke in their battle?

it's called tsukuyomi. it is an ability where the user creates a gejutsu that is controlled completly by the user. he or she can torture the opponent by inflicting wounds that feel real but arent, or showing them things that happened to them in the past, or just some radom thing. if u want to know more about the mangekyou sharingan, here is a link to more info on it:

There are four Mangekyo Sharingan abilities I know about:
Tsukuyomi (God of the Moon)
Used by: Itachi
Amaterasu (Goddess of the Sun)
Used by: Itachi, Sasuke
Susano'o (God of Sea and Storms)
Used by: Itachi
Kamui (God's Majesty)
Used by: Kakashi

i already explaned tsukuyomi so....

Amaterasu: the user stares at something and focuses on it, a black fire begins to engulf the object(person,etc.) in black flames.... also it means illuminating heavens.

Susano'o :Literally meaning "[He] with the ability to help by all means, it creates a spirtual being resembling a yamabushi(yamabushi are Japanese mountain ascetic hermits with a long tradition as mighty warriors endowed with supernatural powers)

and Kamui:means Might of the Gods, it creates a 'warphole ' like thing that pulls anything that the user is focusing on into another demension.

actually to me the jutsu susanoo looks more like sojobo a evil god in japanese legends.

Sasuke has already used Tsukuyomi.

i got that yamabushi from narutopedia, i have never seen the susanoo myself.
