Here is a list of ninjas. (Spoilers are INCLUDED!)
Each Ninja are all in one clan. DEAD NINJA are included

Aburame Clan - Shino, Shibi
Akimichi Clan - Choji, Choza
Fuuma Clan (Filler) - Arashi, Hanzaki, Sasame, Jigumo, Kagerou, Kamakiri
Haku's Clan - Haku, Haku's Mother and Father
Inuzuka Clan - Kiba, Tsume, Hana,
Hyuuga Clan - Neji, Hinata, Hanabi, Hiashi, Hizashi, Ko
Kaguya Clan - Kimimaro
Kamizuro Clan (Filler) - Jibachi, Kurobachi, Suzumebachi
Kendoin Clan (Filler) - Agari
Kurama Clan (Filler) - Yakumo, Unkai
Ranmaru's Clan (Filler) - Ranmaru

The only other Uzumaki we know about is Kushina. So I'm not really sure if you would count that as a clan...

I think that Hatake is a family, not a clan. A clan has a bloodline limit or unique jutsu with it.

I suggest adding the Senju clan and add Shikaku and Yoshinoto (Shikamaru's mum and dad) the Nara Clan and Hana and Tsume (Kiba's siblings) to the Inuzuka clan.

If we are counting fillers, you may want to include the Fuma clan.

well I read somewhere that it was, but it could be a fan thing...but they said that this clan was basically Konoha trackers...where people learned to use dogs to hunt down people....I don't know where they saw it, but its sounds plausible....

Not necessarily, in anime somewhere Konohamaru says that he, Hiruzen and Asuma where part of the sarutobi clan, and we didn't saw any kind of kekke genkai, we learned that not all the Uchiha's can use the Sharingan, so it means that not all the members of the clan share the kekke genkai...

Oh...and by what you said Hatake, is a clan, its somewhere said during the plot, that Hatake's were the only ones able to use dogs like they do..by sumning them...inuzuka clan uses dogs to, but as "trained pets"

It could be...even if there is still one person alive...it counts as a clan in the same way, cause their traditions, skills, own culture still endures...I read somewhere (this is becoming repetitive

) that there was a Uzumaki clan in the land of whirlpool, and it was a very strong one....but that could probalby be a conspiracy theory about the meaning of Uzumaki in japanese (whirlpool) and some fans trying to implicate that naruto's clan was envolved in the development and foundation of that land (to me that makes some sense)...but trully only kishimoto knows....

I've two family name's either, and they do refer to two diferent clans....

....that's why I'm saying that it could be a clan name....you see Hinata, her name is Hyuuga Hinata, in the same way, as naruto's name is Uzumaki Naruto, the diference is we don't know nothing about the uzumaki name, but hyuuga name, we learned about their rituals, pratices, special skills, and family hierarquy....
