I don't think Minato has sage mode because Fukasaku (toad who trains those into toad sage mode) would've probably commented or at least mentioned Minato while teaching Naruto while he also mentioned Jiraiya.

MrNarutowatcher has been known to deface Sannin monuments in the past.

Minato obviously is a sage pa frog trained minato and jiraiya and he said when naruto arrived to battle pain ma doesn't he remind you of those two as silhouttesh of jiraiya and minato where shown beside naruto
