What Class should I take?

Would help alot if you could us which styles of kung fu/karate etc they give.

I always prefered the eastern martial over (kickboxing) because they pay more attention to discipline(not that you dont have it in kickbozing but its more in the background there).

My karate style has influences from kickboxing so i get the best of both worlds.

I would pick either kickboxing or karate. Because those have more errr realistic sparring then the other styles.

i have a debilitating bad back so i joined a yoga gym in the city (shout out to satori yoga studio SF!). and i kid you not, i was the only dude in the whole class. since i was the only guy in the class, i was the defacto center of attention. i even was able to score a few dates. so there... just my 2 cents
