Woah, thats a hard question, I like way too many. The first episode was one of my favorites. I loved the battle between Gaara and Naruto. The whole encounter of itachi and Kisame. The chunin exam battles. And the 2nd battle between Naruto and Sasuke, in the final valley. The Gaara and Kimimaro match. Even the first Naruto vs Sasuke battle was a favorite, even though it didnt last that long. Not to mention the Mizuki returns filler arc.

The Naruto vs Sasuke battle at the Final Valley was epic, but i loved the Itachi episodes, he is legendary!!!

101 is the best filler ever! Besides the Curry of Life arc... jk. :P
But my favorite episode that's not a filler is probably the fight between Sasuke and Naruto about 130-135.

Episode 101 of original Naruto (Part 1) It's a filler but it's hilarious.

I also like all of the episodes of the 3rd part of the Chunin Exams.

But I don't have one episode that's my favorite, really.
