^Special Attack and Defense are irrelevant here so that might not work very well.

Anyway Mewtwo wins here. Perfect Chaos wouldn't do any better than that Gyarados did. Uses Hyper Beam, Mewtwo uses Psychic to send it back. GG

Oh yeah I forgot about that lol, well I'm pretty sure Mewtwo can learn Thunderbolt/Thunder, either of which could conduct into the water and kill Chaos.

In the movie Metwtwo was shown to use Psychic, Psystrike, Protect and Shadow Ball. Atleast, thats what I assumed...

He did at the end of the movie. Both Mew and Mewtwo used it and almost clashed but Ash got in the way.

Hmmmmmm well there is the fact that Perfect Chaos is a city buster just by existing

Honestly I don't think electric attacks would be as effective as people think they would due to perfect chaos' size. Any thing like that would have to be extremely accurate and precise just to do any harm to chaos. Same with moves like psycic considering considdering chaos has only one weak spot and everywhere else is nigh indestructible

Its possible that chaos could just where mewtwo down until he collapses and loses by default or something like that. Depending on what intel there is here that is
