spamm the new word for being better?

I won 8 of my last 10 matches and in 7 of the 8 i was called a spammer.
I used Deidara Danzo Naruto sage mode Kakashi Mangekyo sharingan uj
Kisame minato and Itachi with Deidara i used shuriken jutsu and grab only with Danzo the same with all other characters i used everything and i was called spammer cuz i won. Is it now so that if you are better you either spamm or cheat?

The word "spam" really needs to be redefined in fighting games, imo. Every character has tools that you are supposed to use to your advantage. Using a better tool whenever it is available (especially if it works) is not spamming. It's up to your opponent to find a way around it.

On the other hand, if there is no way around it that is where balance issues come into play.

As opposed to using the Attack button all day with Kakashi? Is that not spam? Combo spam?

Good job OP. Weak players will always call you a spammer. Don't let it bother you. Play each character to the best of your abilty.

Btw i found out how to super counter Deidara 's clay attack you only need Naruto sage mode and full chakra when Deidara throws his clay attack i use rasen shuriken it goes trough his clay and hits 100% but the timing is important .

It depends on how you play lol, spam exists but people rarely call it out correctly.

I don't care wether random people call me a noob every now and then, but when I start playing against friends, it's a different story.

It's annoying, but something we have to live with.

This was actually a really good read and I agree completely.
I'm the kind of guy that doesn't feel anyway about spam/cheap tactics. That being said, I truly believe there is a huge difference between something that is cheap and something that is unfair/broken.

Examples:
PTS Tenten's jutsu:
Cheap and often unavoidable

Kankuro's tilt:
Unfair and/or broken

In fighting games, it's all about risks and rewards. With PTS Tenten you have to use chakra to perform her jutsu and you are left open for attack (sometimes the jutsu can be interrupted entirely). This is fine in my opinion because there are risks involved. With Kankuro's tilt, on the other hand, if you block it you will be put into an unending block string (assuming the Kankuro player will spam it) until your guard is broken. The only way out of this is to call in support. The problem is, the support will be hitting the puppet and not the Kankuro player. Also, keep in mind this costs Kankuro nothing... NOTHING to do this tilt. It doesn't even leave him open because he's attacking with a puppet and, correct me if I'm wrong here, can block IMMEDIATELY after the tilt. This is just plain unfair and/or broken!

This is what I call a spammer. I really couldn't care less about anyone else.

Only bad players call out Deidara spam. I actually like iit when Deidara players "spam."

Ultimate Jutsu more than once.
Awakening more than once (if possible)
Abusing Hidan, SM Naruto, and a few others for support.
Abusing Deidara, Naruto, and a few others for spam awakening mode.
Constantly using any move with a brief cutscene. (Throws, some jutsu, etc.)

And ultimately.

Will you be one of the people to complain about instant awakening spam in the next game lol? I can see the storm of a new type of "spam" complaints coming when the game comes out.

I don't call EVERYTHING spam, just the obvious stuff. I've played a few fun games today, but one of them had 6 Rasengan barrages... A couple endless combos and such.

I don't know of the instant awakening yet... Maybe it'll work.
