Rivals Of Power discussion and charecter creation

I need help with my RP i want this to be a success and i need help i know if we get a bunch of people together we can make this big this is my first RP but it has the potential to be great please help me
I will be starting it over post your character here and then we will find out villages teams etc i want Genins and etc on this i want this to be huge so everyone will have fun i have a bunch of plot ideas so its going to be jumping off

a plot right, how about one that we have to find something valuable, really, extremely valuable, before a bad guy gets it. have a fight for it, if they get it, then they might destroy the world. others try to stop him/her and yet another fight. the object gets destroyed and the bad guy gets really angry and becomes really strong and starts to try killing the people who stopped him from destroying the world. and then everyone tries to stop the guy before he kills anymore people(that is if he killed anyone or got killed himself).the strongest people try to team up if they don't fight w/ each other too, and defeat the guy. can't think of anything else but add if you like

yeah that is what i was shooting for just basically the whole naruto plot thing like what happens in the episodes and movies like diffrent villages have diffrent treasures etc and they all come together for the exams etc

yeah cause there can be ninjas that kill or just defeat you can choose cause gaara was going to kill lee that one time at the exams

So, let me level with you for a sec. This is called Rivals of Power. So it has to do something with Rivals, and Power. So maybe it should go like this: There were two very powerful factions of Ninja, both seeking to be more powerful than the other. They fought constantly, and hated eachother with a passion. They then found an artifact called the Gem of Power. The Ninja faction who held it, would have power beyond comprehension. But they were not the only ones. Other Ninja wanted it too. A free for all now rages over the Gem's control. Who will acquire the Gem of Power, who will take claim as it's owner? I add questions to add tension folks.

well thats good we dont just need one treasure thou we will make it so each village has a certain treasure etc that everyone wants and i am starting the actual story page now put dont post in it till we are ready to do this zero i will add you to the member roster just think of a charecter and what village you want to be from the orignal people that come on here and help me first gets dibs if they wanna make there own villages just let me know cause im going to let you guys make the threads if i ok that you can be your own kage and such just send me your charecters no pictures yet till the village threads are made i have already picked my village but its an organization called The Divine Ten

can use lightning,get hit by it, eat it(eating it will get her more chakra back) and increase speed. fire attacks(including others) will be nulled or usless

ok if you have cleared it with me when you make your village threads should we put {ROP} after them so they dont get mixed up with the other villages or can we make up diffrent village names?

yeah in think we should make a different village and put the {ROP} thing too cause they can get confused
