I first saw the dub when toonami was on cartoon network's saturday night line up. It was a bit nonsensical, so I couldn't understand it.

But dorothy was hot and the anime itself was kinda, bluntly put, cute. Don't know if its good or not though since it was canned after 5 or 6 weeks.
