I don't see the 3rd being stronger than Hashirama who just summoned an object, statue, buddha thing, whatever that was, that made Kurama look like an ant.

It might be just me but I'm really looking forward to Tobirama's fight; it would be awesome if he gets to fight an Uchiha

For the moment I will give Hiruzen a slight rep advantage over Tobirama, since Tobirama was not described as the god of shinobe like his brother and Hiruzen.

However, that statement for Hiruzen is earned based on comparing him to other kage and perhaps ninja of his time. And since there is a village structure, his rep is easier to catalog and maintain.

Hashirama and Tobirama did most of their fighting before a village was established, so much rep for them would be more word of mouth that might have been put on paper later. We can see Hashirama earned it but, Tobirama would be compared to his brother, so he cannot earn the god of shinobe title, at the very least, based on timing. Itachi and Shisui might not have gotten as much rep, if Madara had come up at the same time.

Inherent power and a genius intellect (not strategy, but learning jutsu) do not go hand in hand. Based on Tobirama using one hand jutsu's and inventing jutsu, I'd say he is a genius for learning, like Sasuke, Itachi, and Oro. I'll say Haku too, since he could have killed Sasuke, the top ninja of his class, and could use one-hand seals.

I do find it kinda weird that Tobirama just lost to Kinkaku and Ginkaku when he is supposed to be really great like Hashirama I know they are tough and have the five great items of the sage of the six paths but still.

Tobirama is no where near as great as Hashirama though

True but he had to be pretty powerful especially the way he looked in the recent chapters the way he lifted his finger got just about everyone in the room except Hashirama spooked which means he must have some jutsu thats pretty something.
