I hate to say get used to it...but love is just one of those things sometimes...There is a saying that for the greatest risk you take you can either reap the biggest reward or take the biggest fall..

At the end of the day, you have to consider that you are going to have that stuff happens to you time and time again, and if you decide to just call it quits, you pass on potentially the best reward out there...Try to suck it up

my advice is join a gym and let go on the gym floor, you'd be surprised how physically strong you can get by working yourself through those troubled times.
