Peace is beast in battle. But I ish more beast. XD

So far, I have unleashed the most powerful electric type attacks on him that he's probably ever seen. First, my Mismagius used a super powerful Thunder Bolt, then my Metagross used an electric attack that was in the shape of a ring, now Metagross used the most powerful Thunder attack in all of history! And I have even more psycho electric attacks where that came from! All of em are still yet to be revealed!

You do not counter anything about the substance that wa on your shield. It directly absorbs psy energy and it is getting thicker and stronger especially due to climate change. Also the water is not that cold. It's not like we are in the icy polar glaciers water. It is a cool ocean not frezzing seas. The figures follow you and they release an explosion as well of harsh climate change. Even if the water was cool that means the figures that realase freezing temps would be even more effective.
Also the figure attack at close range since you attack at close range. Lastly the figures realize different kinds if air. 2 cold and 2 hot so I thought it would balance out to not create a storm

Actually storms are created by a mixture of warm air and cold air.
Also, it doesnt matter how cold the water is. Iron still doest boil until it reaches temps. of over 2000 degrees celsius.
Not to mention, the biggest flaw with your "water cycle" attack is that it takes time to heat up, then explode, then cool back down. That is time that Metagross can use.

Okay but the explosion and the rapid gem change should have it you especially if the explosion was of cold air and you were in the "cold" water

And again you said nothing about the substance on your shield. It is draining the pay energy directly and it got harder especially from te temp change. It should have destroyed the shield and help cause damage and since it is water you should not be able to use electisvith so well

Julius seemed to be quite convinced that Metagross would soon be finished, however as the temperature rose, and the cycle began to repeat itself, it was clear that Metagross was well capable of handling itself. The goo which had hardened on Metagross's body began to heat up and melt, before washing away in the water. "There was one little miscalculation with your plan." Ashley said to Julius. "Still the ocean has turned against you. Metagross has an iron body. It's true that Lapras's attack has incredible thermal energy. The temperatures it can reach are astounding. It is true that Metagross's iron body would usually be affected at thermal temperatures of just over 1,000 degrees. But Metagross is currently submerged in water. Iron doesnt boil until it reaches temperatures of over 2,000 degrees! So you see, Metagross is still undefeatable!" Ashley exclaimed.

*Little did Metagross and Ai know the goo was not melting but spreading. The heat and the cold was the perfect combo for it to unharden and spread like goo then harden again. The Goo hardend having become so powerful that it absorbed the psy power of the shield and spread all over Metagross's body*

"Now. I will show you the biggest flaw in your attack." Ashley stated. Hail began to fall once Lapras's attack began to cool, and Metagross took the opportunity to quickly levitate out of the safety of the water, and into the air.

Soon, the water vapor would rise as it heated. This was just what Ashley wanted. As the water vapor heated, so would the surrounding ambient air temperature. Consequently, it would produce massive thunder clouds. "You thought that Mismagius's Thunderbolt was powerful. You havent seen anything yet!!" Ashley proclaimed. "All of my Pokemon have some sort of mastery over electricity. You just enabled Metagross to unleash one of the most powerful electric attacks ever witnessed! " Ashley explained. Metagross continued to rise into the air, and his body began to charge with electricity as the sky grew darker. The surrounding air temperature had now risen just enough for Ashley to unleash her plan. Even if the air temperature grew to extreme levels, Metagross's iron body would be capable of withstanding the damage. However, once he unleashed this next move, the chances of Lapras surviving would be close to 0.

The goo turned into a special liquid metal. The liquid metal compelety engulfed Metagross. When Metagross used its lighting attack it failed. The liquid metal absorbed it and blocked it from being sent into the air
(No dip the heat would summon thunderclouds which is a major weakness. That is why I thought ahead. I hoped you could not get rid of thath substance. It is a superior liquid elastic metal.The goo spread all around the armor

Metagross did as told, moments before the water vapor could heat up enough to explode. The electric ring shot into one of the massive thunder clouds, and an enormous bolt of thunder was created. It shot toward the ocean, where Lapras bobbed on the surface of the water helplessly.

"Now Metagross! Protect!"

Metagross shielded himself from the bolt of Thunder. If not, since his body was made of iron, the bolt would be drawn to him. The bolt blasted toward the ground, and Metagross was just able to protect himself. The attack was so fast, that the water vapor didnt even have time to explode before the bolt struck the ocean. Ashley cheered. She knew there was no possible way that Lapras could have got out of that one.

They each exploded stronger than the last time releaes a powerful explosion and hot thermal air. Lapras finished up by using the water vapor and chaning it to a disiagrating acid mist. Lapras released to toxin all around Metagross as it quickly home'd in on the foe*

Well now that I understand what exactly the goo is supposed to be, I have figured out that yes the goo would stick to Metagross's body. Probably restricting his movement if he were on land. However, Metagross has the ability to levitate. The goo prevents his limbs from moving. But he doesnt have to move his limbs to levitate. He also doesnt have to move his limbs to spin around and unleash an electric ring into the atmosphere. The gooey substance would not be able to prevent Metagross from using electric attacks. It cannot turn metallic. Even if it could, metal conducts electricity.

Also, the goo would have no effect on the Psychic shield. The shield has no physical form. The goo cannot stick to something that has no form.

Metagross's Thunder attack had faultered, and Ashley wondered what had happened. Lapras was still bobbing on top of the surface of the water, seemingly unharmed. It took a moment for Ashley to realize that the hardened liquid on Metagross's body had prevented Metagross from conducting any electricity, and it now looked almost like liquid metal. It gave Metagross's body a strange metallic luster. "Looks like our Protect was of no use." Ashley stated.

Lapras had also tried to seep some of the liquid into Metagross's body, weakening him like a machine. "I honestly didnt think that gooey substance would cause any problems. However, it appears I was wrong." Ashley commented. "However, just because that liquid is able to stick to Metagross's body, dont expect it to be able to get into his joints." Ashley told Julius. "I know that you are aware that Metagross's ability is clear body. It prevents any status effects. That strange substance may not be a normal status effect, but it would still affect Metagross's body in the same way that paralysis would. Preventing his movement and loosening his limbs. However, Metagross's body has no cracks for water to flow into. His body is clear and flawless. That tactic will not work i'm afraid." Ashley informed her opponent.

There was still the problem of the hardened metallic liquid still on his body, though. Julius assumed that if they didnt get it off quickly it would do damage to Metagross slowly. Well atleast we were able to deal with the problem of Metagross's shield weakening. As long as Metagross can prevent Lapras's Psychic from wearing his shield down, it should remain in-tact. Wait. That's it! Ai came to a realization. The metallic liquid on Metagross's body would hurt him, but only if he rammed into something. The pressure on his body wouldnt matter otherwise. However, with the Psychic shield still active, Metagross would be able to withstand the brunt force of physical attacks. Not to mention, the hardened liquid would make Metagross's iron body even harder, strengthening his Meteor Mash attack.

Ashley knew what she had to do.

Lapras then created a giant gap in the ocean, surrounding Metagross. This was now make it or break it. Literally. Four giant figures leaped out of the water at Metagross, attacking him from all sides. The first one exploded, then the second, followed by the third and then fourth. Metagross's shield of Psychic, reinforced even stronger by the psychic energy in the goo from earlier, was able to withstand the biggest part of the impact. The hardened metallic liquid served as a shield of its own against the blasts as well. At the same time, Metagross also used Meteor Mash, hardening his body so it was extremely dense. He was literally and figuratively a tank. He crashed toward Lapras, aiming to slam into it with utmost force and power, hopefully knocking it out in one epic punch. Lapras tried to use an acid mist at the last minute, and it started to wear away the hardened liquid. But it was too late. Metagross's Meteor Mash was super-powerful, and he would slam into Lapras before the metallic liquid could completely dissolve.

*lapras rode the that surrounded meatgross. As metagross came closer lapras repelled itself just as fast. Lapras then released the metallic metal off of metagross and lapras then wore it for herslef. Lapras then made the four figures 4x bigger than before. They were more than double the damage power enhanced with more psy and vapor energy. Strong enough to break though metagross defenses. The firs figure was so big and surrounded the foe with its hand. Once surrounded the hand exploded. The figure repeated this step by surprising te for with its other hand and it exploded once more. The figure than used its foot to surrounded the foe and exploded again. The figure did the same with the other foot. Lastly the figure than swallowed the foe to surrounded it deep within its stomach and exploded again. The other 3 figures did the exact same thing in the same steps which adds up to 20 different explosions *

(Life is good. Lapras is at perfect health. And we are more aware about the thunder and we still have psy energy to counter it. The point is we can spam these vapor figures. Over time they just get bigger and stronger not to mention faster. Metagross can't attack us with close up attacks cuz were to fast. Lapras will destroy everyone!)-Julius thought as he watches the explosions

Ashley realized that Metagross was in trouble. The giant monsters created by the water vapor grew larger each time they exploded, and Metagross would soon start to tire out if they didnt come up with a way to destroy them quickly. As the creatures attempted to slap and stomp on Metagross using their enormous apendages, Ashley realized something. The movements of the behemoths seemed to be slowing down gradually as they increased in size, and Metagross was now able to evade most of their attacks fairly easily. Metagross was also able to use it's superior intellect to calculate when and where the goliaths would strike next, and formulate the exact way to maneuver out of the way just in time as the monsters exploded. "Keep it up Metagross!" Ashley told her pokemon as he continued to evade the multiple attacks. "I told you that Metagross has the intelligence of a super computer! The speed of Metagross's brain is way faster than those creatures! And they are getting slower by the minute! You wont be able to land a single hit, no matter how many consecutive combinations your attacks have!" Ashley informed Julius. But Ashley knew that Metagross wouldnt be able to hold out forever, and so she recalled Metagross back into it's pokeball. The enormous constructs of water loomed ominously over the battlefield, as Ashley prepared to send out her next pokemon. "Now. Time to get rid of those annoying things." Ashley said confidently. "Go, Raichu!" She yelled, and the electric mouse pokemon appeared, with sparks emitting from it's cheeks. It hopped on one of the platforms that had been created when the gym had collapsed. Ashley smiled. "Do your worst." She told Julius, as she waited for him to try to attack her Raichu.

*The vapor figures were at one of their strongest forms so that dodging would be useless because the explosions would cover a wide range making it near impossible to dodge. One of the figures flew down and grabbed Lapras as they floated above the sea. The others surronded the foe at close ranged and exploded one at a time.*
