(IMO) The fact that Konohamaru is above PTS Lee, Neji, Naruto and Shikamaru is quite ridiculous. Am I wrong in saying Konohamaru (based on abilities) is just PTS Naruto with no massive Chakra reserve, not Kyuubi cloak and no multi shadow clone and he has the burning ash Jutsu?

If that's the case couldn't Pts Lee, Neji and Shikamaru all beat him not to mention Naruto?

The only thing we know about Post Skip Konohamaru is that he can make a shadow clone that can distract Naraka Path with timing, has a mini rasengan, and competes with Naruto how much sexier his jutsu is.

No I am not saying Sasori si slower than Sakura of course not. But Sakura did not move significantly by herself to dodge any of Sasori's attacks.

Temari and kankuro are in the list, so is darui, the others really havent shown anything so if we would place them it would be kind of low. Most of them havent shown more then one jutsu anyway.(yes i know karin is on the list, but that was from the guy who did this before me)

We put them as they would be when the were alive, not all jinchuriki had control of their bijuu. Infact the only ones are naruto, bee, yagura(stated multiple times in manga) and pts gaara to an lesser extent and yugito

I still do not see how moving in a blur fashion is not a speed feat...expecially when Neji did the same thing to dodge fast attacks. If you could explain that better BMC that would be coolz

I would put lava gurl (you know Onoki's granddaughter) high chunnin teir above pakura. Her lava and water would outmatch scorch

Where did Tayuya go on the list? She should be above the fodder swordsmans and right under Choza

Kidomaru (spider dude ) is not that strong. He was just good at hiding in a forest. In a 1v1 in an open field he is useless. He should be in chunnin tier under obito

Why is Hiruzen so high? He should be just above TObirama.

Prince , if everyone including hinata improved in every aspect (so also speed) in the timeskip then why is hinata not shown moving in this 'blur' during her timeskip fights?(and the same goes for neji).

And why are the currently fastest characters in the verse(minato, naruto, tobi,A) unable to move in a blur? Characters with superior speed and teleportation.

Simply because the blur is simply an art style, not an indication of speed.

becasue she was never in close combat since then. She did move fast with Neji when she fought with Neji to defeat the Zetsu army

they move faster than a blur. They just get there. Its more teleportation like speed than actually moving. A blur is just a type of speed. Sakura has no evidence of any kind of speed

Simply because the blur is simply an art style, not an indication of speed.
So Neji dodgint Kidomaru's attacks is no speed feat at all? If anything it is a reaction feat just like Hinata.

Kabuto with all his Edo Tensei is like the ultimate prep and defensive measure yet he's included so i don't see why not.

Konans paper ocean is literally the longest technique in the manga it outlasted even Kamui which has never been done before, so she deserves to be so damn high. Her fighting prowess isnt on that level but that one technique is almost god tier.

Edo Tensei prep is hardly defensive (in the prep time) as it only allows the users to gather the Dna for the one he is about to re - animate.

No,Naruto cant fling a rasenshuriken at someone during prep, itachi cant put someone in tsukiyomi during prep, and jiraiya cant activate frog during prep as those are all offensive actions.

While konans bombs arent offensive or defensive during prep as she isnt activating them.(atleast not during the prep).
