I think even without any hype i have found a way for the 1st to win. dust is a aimed attack but it explodes on whatever it hits first. so with harishma's amazing reactions he should be about to send some wood into the dust to have it explode or create a wood shield with multiple layers. Harishma can then destroy the battle fied with one of his stronger jutsu's which will allow him to hit even invis muu.

Harishima and the hokages in general have detection abilities on another level. They sensed the war casually a country or two away. Their is no way muu has any sort of chance even with his abilities.

Of course his sensing abilities are clearly stronger than the whole sensor unit. They were casually talking and can still sense the battle from a massive distance from the war.
Not only that Muu's abilities are clearly capable of being countered hence him being killed. It is pretty much established that Muu's ability is meh against an opponent on and above his level. Harishima being clearly above it.

It's not unclear he was killed by jokey boy or they killed each other. Not only that if you are skilled enough to react and counter Muu you have nothing to worry about. As proven by a much weaker and slower Onoki.

Muu admitted to dying during his battle against jokey boi. Meaning Jokey boi was skilled enough to counter his techniques. Harishima is probably more skilled than 98.9% of Naruto. As far as speed goes Madara, Naruto, Bee, Itachi, Nagato, A and probably a few more are in a whole another speed bracket.
