Default Shisui MS Question
I've been rather confused about this, if Shisui used Kotoamatsukami, which could only be used every ten years, does this mean the entire Sharingan/MS couldn't be used either until that time?

no... the entire MS couldn't be activated. only normal sharingan with three tomoe can be used.
