That is later on while he supported by multiple element besides his opponents. Notice he didn't land a clean hit himself.

Naruto has a multi mountain durability. Tanking a bijjudama from juubi, ct in his corrupted form, and taking the physical attacks from the juubi. Who has a natural strength higher than anything in the series.

Naruto has rediculous numbers, massive arsenal, city wiping powers, and has engaged two god tiers at full power. Bee has just as many feats.

Well oro with Hokages needs to get out of god tier. Idk why it was put up there anyway without feats

I didn't really think he deserved God tier until last chapter. Hashirama just proved to us that he didn't show his full power back in part 1. Same with Tobirama kinda. Although since Hashirama can break free of ET... i don't know how to go about it.

Oro obiously does not have good control of the hokages anyway. Afterall Tobirama almost made a jutsu

And your right. Even with Oro and lesser powered Hokage edos they still do not belong in god tier

Maybe if Oro did not release their personalities they would be controlled…but even if that is the case we can not put them in god tier just yet

Have been busy lately so havent had much time to change things around. Thinking about removing oro from the list until we have an clear idea of what he does and does not control.

Also considering adding Base Hashirama to the list, grabbing an TBB and turning it into your personal rasengan deserves it own spot :P

Oro can barley control the hokages so they should be lowered

Dauri should be above mei

3HK should be under the 3Kk

Chiyo with prep beats hidan. Hidan should be under juugo. Remember juugo CS1 skin would be hard to pierce though

Hinata has better feats than Sakura. Sakura needs to be lowered

Hidan is overrated. Just because he is immortal does not mean he is strong

Funny thing is, there is more tiers above high tier than there is below it!!!

The low/high/mid tiers are for the everyday ninja pretty much.
High tier- above average ninja
Mid- average ninja
Low-below average

Anyway added a genin tier but its stil work in progress going to add most of pts genin we have seen there and maybe some others.

Shikamaru
Pakura
Kurenai
Shino
And Hinata are all chunin tier? ?
Ok maybe you could argue cases for some of these but lets me honest here Shino and Shikamaru defininetly deserve to be in a higher tier

Naruto and his one tailed version fight different enough to be seperate. OTK doesnt use clones and cant summon gama(or just doesnt) same for sasuke. Plus the PTS naruto couldnt enter OTK willingly (which doesnt make it an part of his regular moveset).

Shikas intellect was enough to counter hidans intelligence, but for close combat fighters like rock lee and such hidans overal abilitys are superior to shikamarus. Which is why hidan is higher on the list.

Its the same reason why base hashi and maddy w/kuruma are above tobi even though they cant really hit him with anything. Their offense vs others is far more powerfull then tobis (atleast in base)
