Kekkei Genkai/Tota Naruto WS Reboot RP Rules

This is the Thread to know the rules on the kekki Genkai before you know if we approve of the Kekki Genkai you send us.
What is a Kekkei Genkai? Literally meaning "a technique limited to inheritance by blood" or "Bloodline Limit") are abilities passed down genetically within specific clans. It's possible for a ninja to have more than one of these abilities. Kekkei genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called dojutsu. Other kekkei genkai include mixing one type of elemental chakra with another, creating a new one unique to the users, which is usually impossible for normal ninja.

What is a Kekkei Tota?
Literally meaning "a selection of blood inheritance" or "Bloodline Selection" is an advanced and very rare form of a kekkei genkai. The only known example is Dust Release, a combination of three different nature transformation - earth, wind, and fire.

Remember they do not all have to be eyes. If so please let us know it is a Dojutsu kekkei genkai

Rules:
No GM KG
Be creative
Use your own ideas and I don't care it is
No Genjutsu that control opponents
No Blood Control unless you control your own and NOT the other players character
No uchiha like jutsu the stop you from being able to move and use jutsu or can't be blocked
Just be orginal and take your time
If you send us something and we don't except, don't get angry with us. We are giving you the rules on this thread.

Effects/What they do: the user has all the abilities of a sage. Every ability increases dramatically. The user has all reptile abilities and great sensing features.

Physical Feature: the whole body is scalely. The user grows wings and any other variations of reptiles. The users words start to slither like a snake

Kekkei Genkai:Kami no Chikara

Buffs the user in most aspects. Gives the user complete mastery over anything used in combat( weapons, jutsu, taijutsu,genjutsu). It comes in a form of a scar and when active the scar glows dimly/turns red (like Sasukes curse mark).

Kenkai kenkai: Decay realase

The power to acelerate time in a object that your are touching with the palm of your hand till the point where it begins to break down and decay. Can be used on anyone or anything but only things you are touching with your hands.

I like it and seems good. But that would be Decay or Age Release. Not style. Style meaning it is a jutsu.

OK here some Blood Style Kekkei Genkai Jutsu Blood Style: Spoiler: Leech Armor: Users Skin becomes sticky and sucks the blood of anyones they make contact with through their skin. Reverse Leech: User expels blood from their skin to create mist of blood to hide in and attack from. It hides them from sight, smell and chakra senses since the blood is controlled by the users chakra. Blades of blood: The user turns their blood into multiple fast moving blades. Crimson Truth: User gains information by sucking the enemy's blood. Blood Prison: The user creates an orb of blood to trap the enemy in (Much like the water prison jutsu. Blood Armor: The user covers their body in blood that strengthens and reinforces it, this can also be used to patch up wounds. Blood Claws: The User creates claws of blood from their body that can cut through steel or stronger depending on their level. Blood Doppleganger's: Spoiler: The user makes clones out of blood, thou the clones are not very strong and can easliy be destroyed. They are used for distracting the opponent. But are still not just illusions of the user, has a physical form.
