My own conclusion:

Out of these two brothers, it is difficult to say who has the advantage in single combat. Robb Stark has commanded armies into battle against the Lannisters at numerous occassions, while Jon have only fought against wildlings, making it fair to say that Robb has greater tactical experience. He also wears the stronger armor, consisting of a steel cuirass covered by the leather tunic common for northmen. I think that their wolves are quite equal and thus will not turn the tide easily, and in the end this battle will be between the two men. But due to the fact that Jon Snow has proven himself more skilled in single combat, fights with a superior Valyrian sword, and has the home field advantage of the slippery ice Wall, I'd say that Jon Snow will be the victor.
Final conclusion: Jon Snow wins.

Personally i'd vote for Jon SnoW! But that's so bias >=O

It's a tie! Technique and strategy is specially of Rob but Jon's brute strength could equal that i believe.

But what about Jon's sword? It's made of Valyrian steel, which is a material far superior to any other steel. And I think I remember someone saying in the first book that Jon had a "gift of nature" for swordsmanship that surpassed Robb, while Robb was better with a lance or on horseback.

I don't know.
Jon IS more bad-ass, but Robb fought in many battles an knows what he's doing.
The sword is just a tool. A rock can beat a bullet if you use it properly.

Jon Snow, Jon is much more dynamic and flexible he was also known to be more nimble and faster than Robb. Rob does have more battle experiance but for a fight like this I think Jon has the training and experiance. Now for the wolves I think Grey wind would win, seems much more vicious.

I am at the very beginning of the series. Jon is said to be point blank the better swordsman. Though Robb is close. But overall Jon seems better at everything in general so far. Also Ghost seems to be the strongest of the direwolves.
