Sometimes, yes, but if you look at the number of times that the Master Cheif talked in Halo 1 I can think of maybe 4-5 times, Halo 2, 7-8, Halo 3, about the same as the original. Compare that to the times that Naruto talks an EPISODE. That and Master Cheif isnt usually as, for lack of a better word, headstrong although I agree he is still slightly. If youve read the Halo books youll realize that the Cheif is more tactical and thinking, but still occasionally manages to be reckless when it calls for it. In case you couldnt tell, Im an extreme Halo fan, liked it waaay before it was cool.
