What? I said that Zabuza could make water jutsus by turning his own chakra into water. I never said that he could make water jutsus out of thin air. Those are two completely different things, so I don't quite get why you're bringing it up?

I think kotetsu/izumo wouldve done that if it was possible with their water release.

He will ,again zabuza outmatched by pts kakashi, hidan dominating Ts kakashi with 2,5 of training and experience on top. Hidan has better reaction feats then zabuza.

Besides that hidan scythe has an longer range as it has that cable -thingy. Combined with the fact that you can see through the mist up close (as kakashi/lee/gai demonstrated in part 2) hidans will react to and counter zabuza.

once again A>B>C logic does not with here. If Kakashi did not have sensing Jutsu he would have lost. Hidan does not have any impressive sensing feats. Just because lee and guy could see does not mean hidan can

I don't Hidden Mist completely blinding Hidan like you seem to be saying, he has shown great feats in taijutsu. Betterthen what Zabuza has shown, you also have to consider he mainly utilizes one technique the rest of his skill set is Taijutsu which is why he excels. Zabuza is good at swinging his sword but besides that he typically falls back on Ninjutsu to propel him through battle with his water clones, water dragon, etc. You have to consider If Kakashi Pts could survives his swords strikes, Why couldn't someone who has shown better reaction and Taijutsu feats, who also carries a weapon with better reach and maneuverability easily over take Zabuza. So my vote is for Hidan.

Your putting far to much faith in the blind theme its your only argument. We are talking about an S-rank ninja showing a great acrobatic prowess and Dexterity easily dodging a fire attck made by Asuma at point blank range. Assuming he is helpless because an attack PTS kakashi made look useless when remember at that time in the series it dictated that that crippled the sharingan so Kakashi only had he use of sense to counter and still defeated him. There was no Chakra searching with sharingan at that time. I feel your downplaying a S rank ninja only saying not having his sight cripples him when even from date book statistics he over powers or ties with all of Zabuza skills in all but Hand Seals. Show me where PTS Kakashi> Hidan and I'll be more inclined to believe otherwise though Zabuza was hyped to be very impressive he has shown great inconsistencies in what we have been told to believe. Considering we have only seen him win against fodder ninja. Hidan has shown more impressive feats.

^All that I have seen Hidan do is charge into the battle completely depending on his ability since he believes that he is invincible, and swinging his word around like a maniac. I am unsure if this is more feats than zabuza, as the zab has shown a lot more effective jutsu, and tactical thinking. Such jutsu would be water prison, mist, water dragon etc. Water prison would be a great consideration in this match up. Also we have seen him use some sort of logic in his fighting instead of running in.

Also I agree with Prince here that the hidden mist is greatly effective. Im sorry, but Hidan has shown no sense of sensory or tracking abilities. Which in turn Zabuza has shown high skills and feats in this. Think of the scenario, and imagine what hidan could possibly do in this fight from here? He does not have kakuzu to save him time and time again. Zabuza only needs one good clean cut and the fight is over.

Hidan's ability involves close range combat Zabuza's forte. Plus Hidan admitted several times he's not that great of a ninja. Even without mist and water clones Hidan is a one track ninja and Zabuza beats him at the one skill he needs to win, melee.

Zabuza wins by Decapitation hands down.
