Hawk eye can cut metal like magma hot knife through butter he is so strong he was able to cut large frozen tsunami in two, this tsunami was frozen by Aokiji so it should be noted it is far more durable than your usual frozen object and Hawk eye possess very powerful haki which increase his power greatly and also he can supply his haki power in his sword which can make his sword 1000 time more durable and haki also allow him to read his opponent mind and predict what he is gone a do.
Speed: Hypersonic+ (easily dominated Gear 2 Luffy with little effort, even tagged him with a ranged slash mid-soru once with closed eyes, can delicately deflect and precisely change the course of bullets with little and less effort)

King Bradley Ultimate Eye give him ability to read and predict practically any move his opponent could make as well as the minute details and movements of his general surroundings. The eye's only weakness is that when there is a physical obstacle blocking its path, it is unable to provide Wrath with the predictions it normally would

Killer bee(Killer Bee can use his full power): B has developed his swordplay to an incredible level. Mihawks psysical feats outclass bee and prob the entire narutoverse. The dude slices tsunamis in half with casual non-named attacks. And he still wasnt even trying.

Bees effed. Mihawk kept up with G2 luffy if remember correctly his speed should way beyond bee just by powerscaling.

Seriously bee gets slashed to bits. Best part is the mere shockwave of his slashes are already deadly.

At full Hachibi, he's still easily suspectible to cutting attacks. One slash from Mihawk, even from a distance, is enough to carve the octopus into two before he can charge and fire a Bijuu Bomb.

Hachimaki to Tailed Beast Bomb? Anyone remember that forest clearing technique with wind probably stronger than a category 5 hurricane. Obviously Hawkeye is durable enough to survive that but he's not resisting it and he'll definitely be disoriented. After that bijuudama should wipe him out or he can get ambushed by ink clones which wouldnt just melt onto him when he tries to stab them.

I feel like a few of these multiverse threads have devolved into just pure person X has ____ speed feats and ____ strength feats. I at least tried to involve some strategy here but since I don't watch One Piece maybe there's a way for him to stick himself to the ground idk.
