That's something that you'd have to discuss on a case-by-case basis. I used precog against Teddy and he had absolutely no qualms about it because it was a fine way of using it. Like all things, if they can keep it in check, it's not necessarily bad.

Ok, I lol am not going to argue about the muscle part. But Now I understand what it is. If you can just add it to the list and the post on Custom magic. Also you already are using 100%.

I almost always post on the RP's but it seems noone else does. I am thinking of giving up...
