I think oro is very formittable but he wants to become the SoSp and master all jutsus, and he seems to be a evil scientist that wants to know everything which is why hes trying to find the perfect body. Oro has all the knowledge he needs to become a Sage. If not on his own, then with Kabs memories. I also remember Kabs saying Oro didn't have the body to handle it.

Give Oro sometime, and he could do to his body what Kabuto did.

The requirments to be a Sage is to have a large Chakra reserve. There might have been a reason why he never did it. But I do believe he could do it now. I mean for one the bastered wont die...

To asnwer the thread no orochimaru was never seen using full power only fight where he had his shands was vs hiruzen and he was toying with him not using full power,from then on his arms were sealed and his bodies rejected him in all his fights.

And i believe he learned sage mode but cannot use it due to switching bodies so often and not many bodies can take it.

Oro got a new body now, so no new body for another 3 years.
Sasuke is safe.

Anyway, he's now using a zetsu clone as body, does that mean he has Senju DNA and powers?
