Location: On top of a blimp, in the middle of an electric storm. Keep your powers in check or else the blimp will fall out of the air, killing you both. Lightning from above will attack you every turn. Be sure to counter it.
Rules: 1v1, No Godmod(because apparently I need to put this in now), 4 turns each.

No flying if it helps you stay in the air IF the blimp goes down. So imagine the blimp as a life line to both of you. If it goes down, you both die.

Whatever, it's irrelevant because it's not very specific. The blimp won't go down.
