To be fair Might Guy would win in a fight all I need to say is *Hirudora*

I like Guy he is pasisonate and found a good way to train Lee and is very dedicated

Kakashi is more layed back but he has a funnier attitude and he is just generally funnier.

For battles it would be Kakashi cause he can use all jutsus and defeat Guy so easily. But for as a Sensei it would be Guy cause he won't give you bad influences and encourages hard work and determination. Overall it would have to be Kakashi as he is cool, smart and nice (which unlike Guy who always punches you around ) Also he can give you tips and hints along the way in battles.

So GO KAKASHI!!!!!!

Have to go with Kakashi on this one. His fighting skills are far superior than Guy.. Not to say Guy is bad. It is just that Kakashi is better. Also when he was a student training under Minato.. He almost got the bells off of his waist. That just shows how much of a beast he is.. His intelligence on the battlefield is very sharp.. We get to see it when Naruto fights Tobi. OK I am down rambling...

I shall count the reasons for their awesomeness cause it's a a tie
Gai first
1) he is strong
2) he is inspirational
3) he is dedicated to his students (I'm not saying the other sense is aren't dedicated, just Gai is more than them)
There are three reasons off the top of my head I will think of more and add them to the list, now for Kakashi.
1)he was under the Fourths training
2)he has a sharingan
3)he is the only one to survive out of he and his original team, again I will think of more and put them on, bai for now
