Depends on what actually happens after the drafting stage. There won't be any kages until the first real war, where the established powers all fall into choas. Which will leave it open to the players with the best ideas and most established characters to take over.

Ambiguities, vagueness: Benchmarks and traits need to be even more generalized! The key behind them are to unlock capabilities of the participants without ruining the fun by unintentionally restricting them. A few choice sentences can be the difference between good and bad in this system.

Ninjutsu and genjutsu disciplines need more beef. Taijutsu is pretty set,but the other two are rather sparce.

Testing the dice rolls: Haven't actually tested them to see if the bonuses are too great or the penalties too game breaking.

Overworld: A good map would be nice, a idea for villians and the political climate of the rp, and ideas for the chunin exams/wars. How they will be conducted will greatly influence the roleplay's direction.

Those are some great ideas Bacon! I use to be a casual D&D player so I was interested in some of the RPs here, but the main thing that turned me off to them was the lack of a stat system and RNG/d20 rolls. Too many times I would just see RPers say, well that jutsu doesn't affect me because I *insert unsubstantiated asspull* and the whole thing just reminded me of children saying "force field".

Awesome, glad you like em. So far I was afraid there'd be no interest because of diffuculty. Although 3 or 4 people doesn't mean most people will like it,but it's a start.

The structure of the rp can be copy and pasted, the culture it created cant be. What made it fun was the countless possibilities we all banked on for nearly 6 months, but only to find nothing had been done.
