well about speed, young raikage can go 2nd lightning saiyan mode and old can only use first mode

i say 3rk would win, the same reasons what Prince said, and not to mention, he could survive the teleportation thingy Mabui(think thats how u spell it) uses. they say he is the only one to survive it w/o any scratches. they said his blood was like steel too.

DL is right here. It's never stated or implied that the 3rd Raikage was faster than A. Don't take away the only thing A can do better than his dad

. Anyway, 3rd Raikage still wins, as he can do everything that A can (except for being a bit slower), but is more durable, has a stronger offense, and can use black lightning.

Although I think the Third could still win with his enormous durability and his Nikite should way stronger then sasukes chidori.

I mean he tanked a rasenshuriken without flinching and has the stamina to go for days. I personally dont see Black kage person doing what the gyuki and 10000 shinobi (almost) failed to do.

The thrid reaction speed should suffice to deal with Black person kage.

The third is a tank in the literal sense he can take but he can dish it out even harder.

And then you could also consider he has his black lightning release (could powerscale of darui) but i doubt that will be neccesary.
