If you are testing to see how someone handles a neg rep, don't say you are testing them to see how they are handling a neg rep. 9/10 times it won't work.

Edit: I know he means well. He is just trying to make sure that the forum isn't over run with idiots and trolls. But he needs to know that they are not complete idiots.

Actually... it might be reverse psychology... this works both ways, if he did tell you that he will test you, then the real test might have been not making this thread and you did... Which result in proving his point (whatever it is, IF there is any).

If he didnt tell you that he will test you, then the reaction he would be testing would be different... And so would have been your reaction... Both are actually tests, just requires calculation to figure out

Yeah I know... But believe me, i could write here so many possibilities that it would actually make PoP's test have more meaning than it actually does...

Also, i am not saying that his test is a good idea anyways.

One and simple point... you didnt take the neg on your account and made a double... that's also a "wrong" reaction he might have been looking for... It just depends on what he was intending... But him announcing his test might not have been as stupid as you think... And there is always the possibility that he never intended for any of the things i wrote and just did a test the wrong way

I actually thought of that possibility; that there could be a psychological aspect at play.

But I dismissed it because I don't think PoP thinks that far ahead.
