Naruto technically does have a custom weapon he has a kunai in his sleeve attached to a string so the he can flick it out like assasin creed hidden blade but i get what you guys mean like some pro weapon like sasuke But is it really his style it has to be something thats comfortable for him. This idea is really good and would make naruto shippuden more fun to watch but its probably not gonna happen and

I personally don't think that he needs it, because he's able to throw his Rasen Shuriken, which serves as a weapon as itself.

It depends. I think he needs to use his wind style more. He dosent have anything else besides Rasen Shuriken in his wind style arsenal and if having a weapon helps him with that he should have one and if dosent he shouldnt have one.

True maybe giving him a weapon would be a great idea aslong as it helps him and he should also learn more jutsus many ninja can use more than one type of chakra, i'd love to see naruto using something different other than wind style and clones. I want something new suprise us make him use fire type jutsus idc but i could really see naruto running then using a fire type jutsu then jumping in the air and charging his rasengan and finishing the guy off wind can make fire stronger so it would be a good combination, I just want to see something different on the top of my head the only jutsus i know naruto can use that are not wind style are 1000 year of death and Shadow clone like when he used combination jutsu with the toads that made me really happy it was new and gansta lolz anywaiiz if not new jutsus maybe a they can add the sword but on the other hand how is he gonna mix it with his normal jutsus like rasegan is he gonna chuck it in the air then rasengan the guy he is fighting and catch it. it wouldnt work with his moveset and basically he doesnt need a weapon he can punch someone without touching them like he did one of the pains the was pretty good and he is not very skilled with a sword anywaiiz he is used to kunai so i dont think that is gonna change < these are my thoughts correct them watever do what you wish

I say no. Albeit, he likely will get one, but i doubt that it will be his fathers kunai for one simple reason other than novelty

aside from that, i would hope it would be a weapon that he only pulled out once a season or so. Whether it was long or short ranged, just the fact that naruto was becoming proficient with any type of weapon would balance out his head first, patchwork strategy fighting style considering weapon wielding has never been his strong point. his shuriken jutsu has always been substandard and his shuriken and kunai NEVER hit. So any weapon proficiency, whether complimenting or contrasting, will assist narutos overall growth.

he doesnt need anything he just has to be serious when fighting and fight like a god.
and add up some more abilities like air palms ect.

He's too much of a good guy to use a weapon. Rasengan was always the close-up weapon, that beats a sword.

Sage mode allowed the chakra to hit one of the Pains in the face, rather than the fist. Naruto should at least shape the kyuubi chakra from claws to a fist that wraps around his arm.

Naruto needs more speed and more strength outside of sage or kyuubi modes. He's physically below average for an akatsuki or kage level ninja.

He should't need a weapon and he has a kunai up his sleeve on a string.

But if he had to get a weapon it could be something like an armblade or any small weapon that would fit in with his fist fighting style.
