I even called game stop and confirmed a goku costume is a day one exclusive

I heard from someone that if you don't get the Goku costume through preordering the game, then you miss out completely.

here lies shamefullshinobi whos life was cut short due to him seeing anbu itachi who he begged and pleaded years for since storm 2 ....then dying of shock when it was revealed........*girls crying* he will be missed

Actually we wont know about the download part yes as of now it seems that way but i think in the near feature it will be available on the psn/xbl same with the other dlc
