Why is enel on same tier as luffy? Hes just a mid tier with top tier DF. His stats sucks

M3 should be in luffy's tier

post BB should be under Akainu

CP9 should be mid tiers

Vista+Onigumo+Doberman>Luffy

BB has a spot as Yonko now, as well as many other DFs. He'll stay up there due to hype and will not move until it seems fit.

CP9 should be mid tiers

Vista+Onigumo+Doberman>Luffy

Enel's DF feats practically make him hax, and since he is lightning, he can move at the same speeds as Kizaru, but not being able to do as much damage. However, the electricity is shown to incapacitate people with each shock, making him in the same tier as Luffy. There's no way he could be mid tier, as Kaku and Jabra have no chance against him, who are low high tiers.

M3? As in Galdino Mr. 3? Him in Luffy's tier? lolwut.

Most of the CP9 ARE in mid tier. I could bump Jabra or Kaku down a notch or two, but Lucci isn't going anywhere.

I think the original owner of this list had it so that Vice Admirals (besides Smoker and Vergo) aren't really on there, as they haven't shown that many feats. So, until they get more screentime, they'll be off. Plus, I don't think that the VA's are stronger than Luffy, but it can't be proven either way at this point. Vista, on the other hand, he will definitely go on the list. Of course, he needs to be somewhere under Marco.

Lightning isn't as fast as Light so Kizaru should be faster by alot.

Still, his speed is immense and if he is brought down some notches, it shouldn't be 2 whole tiers.

One piece is among the best selling mangas in japan. I think its even more popular then naruto.

Us has no taste in mangas but this is getting off-topic.

well i dont agree becuz i cant get attached to it emotionally really and the art is bad and strange like a cartoon and not realistic like naruto

I'm more of a tangerine kind of guy after the whole Bellemere thing. I bite into an FT mango every once in a while, but for some reason I can never finish the dang thing. Weird too, cuz it's got its juicy bits.

it's one of those types of magnos that has those amazingly rare juicy bits in an otherwise barren. flavorless fruit.

I can understand why people would continue to indulge themselves in it just for those rare juicy bits but I also get why the opposite is true too
