Moved Aizen below Yamamoto and the Royal Guard. I didin't even have Ryuken and Ichigo in the list.

I can't just add the rest of the Gotei 13 without knowing the exact placements they should be in. I also can't add them as a group because Hallibel is stronger then some of them individually.

Looking at the links, I'm pretty sure those are against the rules regardless of what he does with them. Just provide the chapter and page numbers via text only if they are viz related.

Why would Nnoitra's reiatsu level be a factor against Isshin when he's not even in the Top 4? There's a massive gap between anyone who's Aizen-level and everyone who's not in the Top 4. Hallibel's feats are pretty disappointing compared to the other 3. Yeah, she would have one-shotted someone like Hitsugaya. Doesn't put her in any way near Isshin's power tier.

5. Substitution =/= Blitz. I had to explain this to someone in another Bleach thread on this site. Substitutions are a slight of hand trick, they involve timing more than raw speed. Urahara had time to set the gigai up while he conversed with Aizen. After that he was able to position himself to avoid the initial blitz and counterattack. It's the same as Toshiro's Ice Illusion. Toshiro said himself that Halibel's speed and power jump would've killed him if he wasn't cautious and hadn't set up the fake

Except Urahara's gigai aren't clones. They're dummies that are made to resemble him. Toshiro saw her release and decided to set up a clone in his place to observe her power jump. Hallibel blindsided herself by her release. Toshiro had enough time to set up an ice clone, get out of her field of vision, and attack her after she's sliced his clone.
Urahara, however, was always in Aizen's field of vision. Furthermore, his gigai can't talk. Therefore, the only time he had to set up a gigai was when Aizen said, "The Past? Aren't you gonna admit defeat? No... that shouldn't be the question". Between that interval and Aizen crossing the distance to stab him, Urahara substituted the gigai in his position. HOWEVER, to do that, he has to be fast enough to pull off that trick without Aizen seeing the substitution act and move faster than Aizen's eyes can see (so as to Kido him from his back).

6. They stated that it was physically the strongest bankai in the Gotei 13. That's why it was epic when Tosen destroyed it and even more epic when Aizen cut it's arm off. The size of the explosion doesn't matter, especially since Tosen was using a focused attack not something with a huge AoE.

That was a statement to his destructive strength, not its durability (unless you have a chapter for me).
Tousen's attack had a pretty big AoE. It placed a massive hole on his Bankai's chest (the entire giant towering well above buildings). As for it being a focused attack, meh, could be, seeing as it was a blast.
Yoruichi's Punch DC: Cracked about a third of Aizen's shell. Sufficient DC needed to blast through his Bankai's durability.
Yoruchi's Punch AoE: Impact roughly takes up the hole that Tousen blasted on him.
I see Yoruichi one-shotting, very easily.

Further questions:
1. Shouldn't Shinji have a place other than 10th? Hax Shikai + Being able to cut through Aizen is good enough for him to even be able to defeat Shikai Shunsui with high difficulty. His durability doesn't seem to be anything notable, but he does have sufficient endurance to survive two slashes from Aizen (first one at his back didn't affect him that much and then the second one was the blitz).
2. Where would you put Royd Llyod on here?

Yea Unohana is pretty overpowered. She could of did some real damage to Aizen at the war if she went all out. Sage since me and u worked together on tier lists before, can I help you with the Bleach and other anime tiers like One Piece?

I already had her up there with the strongest quincy but still below Yama, Aizen, and the Royal Guard. After all from what we saw Juha Back's servant crapped on Kenpachi too, so putting them in the same tier seems logical to me.

Becoming CC doesn't add to any of his hype or prior feats and he hasn't undergone any training as far as we know so moving him doesn't make sense.

I mean the stronger quincies under Juha Bach's purview. Basically the ones that were kicking the most ass. The Quincy captain that took Kyoraku's eye for example or one of those twin brothers that stomped Kenpachi and fought Yamamoto.

According to JLI2, its the quincy (s)that wrecked Kenpachi, shot Kyoraku's eye etc..


@BMC: I could do that, Once they actually show what the high ranking Quincy can do though I'm sure they'd be moved back up.

At least until they do enough to be ranked seperately and not as a small group.

I moved them under Unohana, since I'm pretty she's the strongest in SS at the moment. Not taking into account Kyoraku and Jushiro's Bankai.

I updated the tier list, finally filling it up completely. Only a few characters are missing, but the ones that have been added are probably not at the best place they can be.

Hopefully this will start up some debate

Also, where do you guys think Masaki should be?

^ The tier names are literally just that. I'm open to change it to something else if you want, but the reason I did that is because then the captain tier would be long as hell since nearly everyone in bleach besides a few are in that tier

Basicly, Captain tier = High level Captain while Vice-Captain = Low level Captain and below.

When it got really long after adding the rest of the Espada and Captains etc.. I just moved half of the Captain tier characters and moved em to the top of the Vice Captain tier.

I mean if its fine with everyone then I'll move them back but they are technically being ranked the same regardless.

Either way, you have to take into account overall feats not just one kind. Aizen stated that he would lose in a battle against Yamamoto and we have already seen what he is capable of which makes that statement pretty accurate.

Squad Zero members power levels are unknown to us at the moment but we can assume they are pretty powerful if they only come to fight as a last resort.
