When Kushina was about to give birth, Hiruzen came to her and explained why she had to give birth outside the village.
The seal can break during childbirth, and Hiruzen said that it had also happened to Mito, Hashirama's wife.

We know that Hashirama's bro was Tobirama, and that Nawaki and Tsunade are his grandchildren.
Now, who's Hashirama's son/daughter?

The person Orochimaru is taking Sasuke to?
I don't think so, but it would be kinda bad-ass to see Hashirama's kid revived.

Really good thought, it also seems surprising how they never mentioned him, it would be quite intriguing to actually find him in the Uchiha place, lol.

Maybe they kept him as a body to get information from.

Good question, who is that middle generation that Hiruzen surpassed to become Hokage? Tsunade never even mentioned her father, only her grandfather and great-uncle. And it seems like this person (man or woman) would have had to been in the village because it doesn't seem like Tsunade could have gotten the necklace straight from Hashirama right? Was she born when Hashirama was alive? Was this ever cleared up? She would have had to have gotten it from another relative.

Seems logical, thing I've always wondered and this relates to your theory, how did Obito got Hashirama's dna implanted in him at an early age? Was it Madara?.. Or this.. Missing Senju, who's either the son or daughter of Hashirama

it certainly is a mystery. More the reason why I DON'T see/watch the Manga.

It was Madara. He gave Obito Hashirama's cells to repair his body.

It's explained in the manga.

so far the most intriguing.... It'd be more meaningful,... But this so called senju had to be heavily close to the uchiha (by spouse or need of their power)...an "abomination" who understandS both the senju and Uchiha deeply...two sided face perhaps but unbiased... otherwise why'd sasuke go to a senju... sasuke would not go to an uchiha either because he's already received Itachi's perspective...
