please bring back the substitution custom logs , wow I have not been this excited for a game since ....... well since generation tbh I play a few other games but I never discuss them while here plus I admit naruto is the #1 for me heheheh.....

Im glad they chose to hide character selections. Too many people would just sit there and watch as you choose just so they could get the "perfect" team to use against it. Thatruins any surprise factor to the battle and its just plain annoying when some waits for you to choose

I think hidan was posting the episode dates you might want to ask him. I really wonder about nagato more than ever now and itachi. with ems sasuke now confirmed and biju naruto confirmed im beyond happy and relieved. I understand however I dont pick teams just to win I pick chars that I feel are relateable for that battle for ex if you pick sasuke suigetsu and oro I would pick itachi and kisame ..thats it lol I only pick chars to match up not to over power. They pick mei then I pick konan if they pick madara I would pick 1st hokage or naruto and bee.... basically someone I feel is suitable to battle its not about winning and having the perfect team for me at all. Plus I dont sit and wait for them to pick first, I just dont like to pick the same chars that my opponent picks !

anyhow as I said there are ways to get over it its just akward when we accidentally pick the same chars then one of us has to get the weird 2p colors lol.

You do know anything from the anime until April 18th is able to be in the game, since that's when Japan gets the game, right?

I know there is a possibility, but I'm not going to expect anything.

Of course there is a chance for the US/EU version to be watered down, but I highly doubt that will happen.

Anyways after looking at some old trailers again I noticed they had Edo Itachi, Nagato, Mizukage, Muu, Raikage, and Kazekage models. Now they could be hack and slash, but in their battles there really aren't any extra enemies lying around. Besides, their battles are a bit more personal. I'm thinking that they should be getting their own free battles, thus they are all playable.

Of course this is all speculation.

Oh, and the reason Kakuzu has a black cloak is because he doesn't even fight with a cloak on, thus it'll be like his Storm 2, but with black (instead of red) around his eyes. Maybe also without his head-gear as well.

The battles against the Raikage and 2nd Mizukage could work well in Hack and Slash but with fodder ninja running around to assist you. Those battles are on a big scale with lots of fodder involved.
Gaara vs his dad and Ohnoki vs Muu are pretty much 1 on 1 for the most part, but Muu was taken on by Ohnoki and Gaara and pulverised by Naruto.

Although I highly doubt they can get in , I'd love to see Pakura and Gari and Toroi in the game. Their fighting styles just seem epic plus toroi could be a long ranged character.

And just an opinion but shouldn't cc2 just remove naruto with 4 tails awakening in the game? I mean it just seems redundant if he has that cause all he uses in the war was just the KCM/bijuu mode . Not to mention that there is now a close-to-zero chance that people will pick him because we'll be so obssessed on using the bijuu-cloaked one.

wow I give you all credit ...honestly at the moment I am at a loss for words from all the epic and totally mind blowing news that was revealed. all I can say is more info and scans please ! I am so excited to crank the game for the first time man I had so much fun with these discussions I always get a weird bitter sweet of happiness and sadness. I will kinda miss the discussions I really think everyone was fantastic both the devs and the forum members.

Anyhow its not over yet believe it or not there are even more surprises on the way ....I know some of you already know but dont get cocky I am sure there are things coming that even the best expert would be surprised about ....*crane stance*

Agreed. Those three in particular all have very unique fighting styles. At the least it would be nice to see them somewhere in Hack and Slash.
