Kisame can use water clones or go underground to gain distance then try to use water dome before Tsuande gets contact

Doesn't tsunade's strength come from her chakra raither than muscle strength? Like how A gets his speed from using his lighting style to boost his speed? If this is the case then shark shin could take tsunade's chakra while she try's to land a heavy blow. With tsunade's strength gone kisame is the clear winner.

katasyu helps NONE

its just more chakra to steall and acid would be slowed by water

If Water is added to Acid, the Acid just becomes extremely more concentrated and splash all over the place.

Problem is she can tank probably anything kisame can throw at her.

She took a susanoo sword to the abdomen from behind and kept on fighting for chapters.

And shes the only ones whos actually still conscious after the off panel. This puts her durability at the top of the kages easily.

Even shark spam! Dont think so. The thing with Madara and Sussanoo is that Madara is overconfident and he thought he could finish things of with one move.

Kisame's Great Water SHark would eat all of her chakra thus no healing for her

There are a lot other facts than just durablitil
-she can not breath under water
-she would be losing chakra
-she would be constantly attacked with about 1,000 sharks

Tsuande is a tank.... but even a tank will los to a braggage of attacks

Is there even enough water around for 1,000 sharks? Remember kisame at the time had an large body of water at his disposal.

Wasnt Great water shark bullet only able to absorb ninjutsu and then becoming stronger itself. I dont think it can drain chakra from people.

And dont forget katsuyu is still around acid + water is bad day for kisame even if he uses waterdome tsuande could possibly survive while kisame would end up dead or severly wounded from acid. Btw Acid spreads faster through a body of water that contains none. Diffusion.(or whatever its called in english)

so it would be less lets say 50 at least. THat is more than Tsuande can handle. Guy could not even handle 5. SO 20 would finish the job for suande

Katasyu's acid would be eaten by Giant Water shark. Plus this is not ordinarty water it is denser so the acid would travel slower. Even if the acid was fast Kisame is faster in the water.

Tsuande only has ONE move to be on the offensive (and its not her move its katsyua)

Kisame just has to stall till she drwons. Kisame can use water clones to distract or go underground

Bee held out long enough in normal form tsunade should be able to do something similiar.
What prevents tsunade from punching kisame /summoning katsuyu before he uses waterdome.

On top of that Kisame combines water dome with his fusion which he uses for close combat. This might work for bee but hes dead when close to tsunade.

I mean he held his breath for a decent time while in normal form.

Because his fusion with samehada absorbs chakra through contact.
