Yeah haha.. He convinced a lot of people. I thought it was fake at first, then I just didn't know what to believe.. Until NamcoBandai confirmed it fake. And now we can leave the Madara scan to rest... Finally..

Ok here's an awakening idea that could work for Naruto and the jinchuriki, and some other characters. Since there are 2 ways to awaken, why not give those characters 2 different awakenings? e.g.

Naruto (New):
Awakening 1 - Instant Awakening (R3) - Cloaked Bijuu Mode Naruto (one from the trailer)
Awakening 2 - Normal Awakening (Hold Triangle) - Bijuu Mode

Naruto (Rasen-Shuriken):
Awakening 1 - Instant Awakening (R3) - 1 tail/3 tail
Awakening 2 - Normal Awakening (Hold Triangle) - 4 tail

Killer Bee:
Awakening 1 - Instant Awakening (R3) - 5 tails
Awakening 2 - Normal Awakening (Hold Triangle) - Bijuu Mode

Jugo:
Awakening 1 - Instant Awakening (R3) - CS1 (power/speed boost)
Awakening 2 - Normal Awakening (Hold Triangle) - CS2

Awakening 1 would be the weaker of the two, of course. One of them should probably be available only once in a match too, to balance things. It would probably require a lot of work though.

This is a very good idea! Hope this will be in the final instalment, that everyone who can have more then 2 Awakenings (like Naruto, Sasuke, Bee etc) have a Instant Awakening and the normal way to Awaken

I was talking about Hokage minato, his uj has been the same since storm 2 (I want food cart destroyer so bad).

Jonin Minato has a better ultimate, luckily I prefer the jonin costume. Only problem is that uj is harder to land and the range is much shorter which is why I prefer using Hokage minato.

However, Jonin Minato hasn't been confirmed yet .

Hmmm. The whole point of asking for PTS characters so we would have them in a game that really counts! Dang it, NamcoBandai!!! But as far as landing it goes, I have just as easy a time landing either and I still wouldn't mind the same special cause that one's awesome too. But you're right, an update would be nice. But anyway, what's this "food cart destroyer" you keep talking about? I've read all the manga and watched all episodes, and even though I'm no Naruto encyclopedia I don't remember Minato doin' something like that.

Food cart destroyer aka "bring down the house jutsu". The one where you summon a toad to crush your foe from above. Minato did it to kurama with gamabunata. And naruto just used it in the latest episode of the anime with gamahiro to kill that giant zetsu.

To be honest I don't want pts characters back unless they fix their brokenness. I mean pts gaara, neji and lee in particular were a nightmare to play against. Oh, and how can I forget pts tenten omg!!!

The only pts characters that should be in storm 3 are team minato ( young kakashi, young obito and jonin minato) since technically they are all shippuden characters.

I wont mind if hes not in the game to be honest. We are gonna see enough zetsu in the story mode playable.

I wouldn't mind black zetsu though, he actually game mizukages group problems. Hes strong.

I don't think they were broken. Except for Shippuden Tenten, any character can be dangerous in the right hands. Speaking of... I hope they've FINALLY fixed Shippuden Tenten for Storm 3. Uuuuugh

Edit: And I agree that Zetsu should be playable, but it should be both with the fly trap and everything. Just wouldn't feel right otherwise...

That's the point. Ranged characters are supposed to play keep-away, and keep-away annoys the opposing player, so Shino is in my opinion the best long-range character.

playing keep away is kinda boring any way

on storm 2 it was possible to win with a ranged character in a singles match in a relatively reasonable way up close

mashing square is a bit obnoxious when it has tracking lol

They were broken, pts neji breaks your guard in 5 seconds, why was he twice as fast as shippuden neji, shouldn't it have been the other way around. If you can combo cancel well you will never get a chance against a pts neji user. He was too fast.

And pts Lee's awakening was stupid, his jutsu was so broken that even if you evade the attack, the non cinematic version would still hit you. Plus lee would be punching thin air yet you are still taking damage. That's definitely broken to me.

I can win easy with pts lee and neji and tenten bit I only choose my favourite characters, not the broken ones.

Hmmm. Never had that trouble with any PTS character. And Shippuden Tenten? Don't get me started. Her combos have the same properties as the fodder shuriken everyone has: easy to dash through, deflect, and doesn't do much damage unless most of the combo hits (which is a problem considering the HUGE pauses before attacking even WITHIN a single combo, and the fact that her combos consist of a good 30+ hits usually).
