His chakra control is awsome and i think that is important because he could not use high level jutsu that all kages cane use if he didnt have good chakra control(not important) But yes he will most likely become hokage at the end of naruto.

its hard to say what kishi is going to do at the end because there has been many plot twists of the past 10yrs
